Registration for the 4th Annual Canadian Glaucoma Society Meeting is now open!
An active 2018 Canadian Glaucoma Society membership is required to attend the 4th Annual CGS Meeting. Memberships can be purchased at the same time of conference registration. Purchase membership now by clicking here.

2018 CGS Meeting Junior/Fellow Registration is for Junior Members (1st year in practice) or Glaucoma Fellows. Junior/Fellows are invited to attend the CGS Meeting at no charge, but ARE required to complete the registration form.
CGS Members are invited to bring a guest(s) to the 2018 CGS Meeting Reception & Dinner will be held Saturday, February 3rd. Dinner tickets must be purchased by January 26, 2018.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing to email@example.com.
Cancellations between October 1, 2017 and December 1, 2017 will be refunded 25% less a $20 administration fee.
Cancellations between December 1, 2017 and January 5, 2018 will be refunded 50% less a $20 administration fees.
Refunds will not be issued after January 5, 2018.
