An active 2019 Canadian Glaucoma Society membership is required to attend the 5th Annual CGS Meeting.  Memberships can be purchased at the same time of conference registration.  Purchase membership now by clicking here and adding to your shopping cart.

Junior Members**           $0.00

* General Registration includes the following: Ophthalmologist, PhD, non-Ophthalmologist MD, Emeritus, and Honorary Members.

** Junior Members (1st Year of Practice, Fellows and Residents) are invited to attend the CGS Meeting at no charge, but ARE required to complete the registration form.

Junior Member Conference Registration

To register as a Junior/Fellow/Resident/1st Year of Practice for the CGS Meeting, residents may only attend with a letter of support from your program director or supervisor, to confirm that the CGS Meeting is of significance for your training experience and/or future career plans.  Please send letter to kelly.forgala@outlook.com.  Upon acceptance, you will be provided with the link to online registration.
