CGS Meeting Rate: $250 CDN

We encourage you to book your accommodations early. Conference rates will only be guaranteed until Tuesday, October 5th. If cancellations of the event happen due to COVID-19 refunds in full will be provided to only those that are booked under the CGS room block.

To book accommodations CGS Members can do so by:

1) Calling Reservations Direct Line at 514.656.5600

Ensure to indicate the Canadian Glaucoma Society Meeting or code: CGS2021.

2) Booking online via Hotel William Gray website. To book online, please follow these steps:

• Click here to book online.
• Click on “Book Now”
• Enter access code: CGS2021 in Group Code section
• Click on Check availability
• Enter dates required for your Hotel reservation
• Select your room
• Enter your contact details and billing information
• Click to Confirm reservation

A one night deposit will be charged to each credit card upon reservation. 

Individual cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid complete stay to be charged to credit card supplied. Early departures will also result in complete stay being charged to credit card supplied.
