Registration Fees
Registration fees include the CGS Welcome Reception, CGS Dinner and STC’s. Members are invited to bring a guest to the CGS dinner, Saturday, November 25th at an additional cost.

Junior Member Registration** $0.00
* General Registration includes the following: Ophthalmologist, PhD, non-Ophthalmologist MD, Emeritus, and Honorary Members.
** Junior Member Registration (Fellows and Residents) are invited to attend the CGS Meeting at no charge, but ARE required to complete the registration form. Please email canadianglaucoma@gmail.com to confirm whether you are a Fellow or a Resident, the name of your current supervisor/fellowship director and the location of your residency or fellowship.
