
The NextGen Symposium is a new educational initiative designed to support early glaucoma specialists or comprehensive ophthalmologists with a focus on glaucoma care, fellows and senior ophthalmology residents (PGY-4 and PGY-5) as they transition into and advance through independent practice. Through practical discussions, interactive learning, and mentorship from experienced faculty, the symposium will focus on the real-world clinical and professional challenges encountered during the early years of practice.
The NextGen Symposium is taking place Friday, September 18, 2026 in conjunction with the CGS Annual Meeting. This educational program is proudly supported by Théa Pharma Canada.
Participation is limited. We encourage you to register early.

Successful applicants will receive complimentary registration and one-night hotel accommodations. Applicants will be contacted by the planning committee.
